Creating your perfect memorial, step by step

Every keepsake we create is as unique as the pet it honours. Here's how the process works, from placing your order to holding your finished piece.

Step 1 — Place your order

Browse our collection and choose the memorial that feels right for you. Select any personalisation options (such as engraving infill colour) and complete your purchase.

Step 2 — Send us your paw print

Once your order is placed, email a clear, close-up scan or photograph of your pet's ink paw print to Sales@pawprintmemorials.co.uk. For the best result, the image should be taken head-on and free from shadows.

If you know the size of the paw print, please include the height and width in cm — imagine drawing a box around the print and measure that box. If you're unsure of the measurements or not too concerned about the exact size, don't worry — we'll size the paw print to what we feel looks just right.

Please note: we're only able to work from ink paw prints. Unfortunately we cannot use clay, colourless imprints, or photographs of the paw itself.

Step 3 — We craft your keepsake

Our team carefully engraves your pet's unique paw print and name onto your chosen piece by hand. Every detail is checked to ensure the finished item meets our quality standards before it leaves us.

Step 4 — Your memorial is delivered

Your finished keepsake is carefully packaged and sent directly to your door, ready to be treasured for a lifetime.
