All items sold by Paw Print Memorials are personalised and made to order using your pet's unique paw print. As each piece is custom-crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at Sales@pawprintmemorials.co.uk with a photograph of the issue. We will do our best to resolve this promptly.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@pawprintmemorials.co.uk. Cancellations can only be accepted before production has begun.
